Newsletter interest
The signup form records your email, optional name, consent wording version and time, and whether signup occurred on the website or a preview. We use these details to administer your interest and contact you about Foundation updates. No newsletter sending service is connected at this stage.
You can withdraw your interest by email. We will review inactive signup records and remove information that is no longer needed. We do not sell the newsletter list.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores signup records in a database accessible through the Foundation’s hosting account. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse and processes technical browser and connection information for that purpose. Technical request logs may also be processed by the hosting provider. Contact and external links
The contact page opens an email draft in your chosen email application. The draft is sent only when you send it. Links to university sites, publishers, social media and Amazon open third-party services governed by their own policies.
Your choices
Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your signup details. Include the email used to sign up so we can verify your request. This notice will be updated when donation checkout or newsletter delivery is added.
